  • Add the ingredients in the following order:
  • Ice.
  • Plant milk.
  • Yogurt and ice cream (or either).
  • Banana and avocado.
  • Extract, stevia, and salt.
  • Protein powder.
  • Blend to desired consistency. For thicker add more ice cream or banana, for thinner more plant milk.

Notes

  1. I’ve found that Now Better Stevia Organic Extract Powder is the only brand that’s potent enough at the above quantity. If you use another brand you’ll need to add a lot more stevia to equal the same sweetness. If the ice cream or yogurt are sweetened, take that into account.
