Ingredients
  

  • 3 perfectly ripe organic Hass avocados.
  • 1/2 small organic red onion.
  • 1 large raw organic garlic clove peeled and chopped.
  • 1 medium firm organic tomato.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice or both.
  • 2 organic Jalapeno peppers to taste.
  • Himalayan, Celtic, or unprocessed salt to taste.
  • Black pepper to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic garlic granules.
  • Pinch of cayenne.

Instructions
 

  • Pit the avocados, spoon into a bowl, then stir in the ingredients.
  • Season to taste.
  • Garnish homemade guacamole with cilantro sprigs and lemon/lime wedges.
  • Store with plenty of lemon and lime in the fridge and eat within days.

Notes

You can double this guacamole recipe and create a pool of salsa in the center for a party dip or appetizer.
