  • If using raw peanuts, roast them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden and aromatic. Let them cool slightly. You can also just blend them raw.
  • Place the peanuts in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for about 3-5 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  • If the peanut butter is too thick or dry, add 1 tbsp of oil at a time and blend until smooth.
  • Season and Sweeten (Optional):
  • Add pink salt for flavor and optional vegan maple syrup or stevia for sweetness, then blend again.
  • Transfer to an airtight jar and store at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the fridge for up to 3 months.
