Instructions
Process to a coarse paste in food processor or strong blender:
Fresh organic basil leaves.
Organic pine nuts.
Garlic (peeled and chopped).
Vegan cheese.
Slowly add in olive oil and spice, blending to taste. If it's too thick you can add a smidgen of water or more oil. Refrigerate or freeze.
Notes
Pesto can be frozen for up to a year.
