  • Add the ingredients in the following order:
  • Ice.
  • Plant milk.
  • Yogurt or ice cream.
  • Frozen fruit.
  • Vanilla.
  • Stevia and salt.
  • Protein powder.
  • Blend until smooth or to desired consistency. If you use frozen blueberries 'and' frozen yogurt or ice cream, you may have to adjust the consistency with more plant milk.

Notes

  1. I’ve found that Now Better Stevia Organic Extract Powder is the only brand that’s potent enough at the above quantity. If you use another brand you’ll need to add a lot more stevia to equal the same sweetness. 
  2. If you use sweetened yogurt or ice cream halve the stevia.
  3. You can adjust the quantities of ingredients to taste regarding thickness, texture, and sweetness.  
  4. If you don't want to use frozen yogurt or ice cream, you can always freeze coconut milk to thicken smoothies.
