  • Yogurt or ice cream (or half and half).
  • Fruits and/or veggie mix of choice.
  • Vanilla.
  • Stevia and salt.
  • Protein powder.
  • Blend until smooth or to desired consistency. If you use frozen fruits/veggies 'and' frozen yogurt or ice cream, you may have to adjust the consistency with more plant milk so it's not too thick.
