Preheat oven to 375, then cut the sausage into small cubes and sauté in a splash of olive oil, butter, and Italian seasoning until golden. For spicy add some jalapeno or cayenne.
Whisk in the premade stuffing (recipe linked) and spread the whole mixture evenly in a baking pan.
In a saucepan, melt some butter with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pink salt, pepper, and Grains of Paradise. Crush the croutons and layer them over the top of the casserole.
Baste the crouton layer with the butter mix, layer again with cheese, then baste again with the rest.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy, then serve right away with fresh cut garlic and nutritional yeast on top. Garnish with fresh organic parsley sprigs.
