This delicious amla smoothie recipe rocks with tons of fruits. You can pick and choose your faves or just add berries, which is what I usually do.

Equipment
- Blender.
- Cutting board.
- Colander.
- Knife set.
- Flatware/cutlery.
- Drinking glasses.
- Paper towels.
- Kitchen cloth.
Ingredients
- Filtered ice.
- Plant milk.
- Blueberries.
- Stevia.
- Vanilla.
- Pink salt.
- Amla powder.
- Vegan yogurt or ice cream.
Another thing that makes amla so healthy is bioactive compounds. It rocks major polyphenols including ellagic acid, gallic acid, chebulinic acid, chebulagic acid, apeigenin, quercetin, leutolin, and more.
