- 2 cups basil leaves. (fresh)
- 1/3 cup pine nuts.
- 2 cloves garlic.
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese.
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil.
- 1/4 tsp pink salt.
- 1/4 tsp grains of paradise.
Instructions
- Process to a coarse paste in food processor or strong blender:
- Fresh organic basil leaves.
- Organic pine nuts.
- Garlic (peeled and chopped).
- Vegan cheese.
- Slowly add in olive oil and spice, blending to taste. If it's too thick you can add a smidgen of water or more oil. Refrigerate or freeze.
