  • Olive oil.
  • Pink salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • Fresh garlic.
  • Garlic powder.
  • Italian seasoning.
  • Nutritional yeast.
  • Grains of Paradise.

  • Preheat oven to 375, then cut the sausage into small cubes and sauté in a splash of olive oil, butter, and Italian seasoning until golden. For spicy add some jalapeno or cayenne.
  • Whisk in the premade stuffing (recipe linked) and spread the whole mixture evenly in a baking pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt some butter with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pink salt, pepper, and Grains of Paradise. Crush the croutons and layer them over the top of the casserole.
  • Baste the crouton layer with the butter mix, layer again with cheese, then baste again with the rest.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy, then serve right away with fresh cut garlic and nutritional yeast on top. Garnish with fresh organic parsley sprigs.
