When it comes to a high vibration meal plan that boosts health, longevity, weight loss, and more, it’s all about plants. It’s also about the biogenesis of raw living foods. Studies have shown that plant-based foods produce more energy overall.


The whole idea of a high vibrational diet and meal plan isn’t magic. It’s not a trend from the 60s or relic of the past. It’s a science-based, evidence-backed practice that’s been flourishing for centuries.

And it’s extremely well known.

That’s because the concept of eating close to nature is nothing new, nor are the benefits of raw living plants. According to this report, “While foods derived from animals include macronutrients – mostly fat, protein and carbohydrates – foods derived from plants include micronutrients, which naturally boost a body’s energy level.” 

And I can certainly attest to that.

 High Vibration Meal Plan: Breakfast

A high vibration breakfast includes a number of healthy possibilities including intermittent fasting until closer to noon. Studies have shown that skipping breakfast or eating later in the day does not promote weight gain, sink metabolism, or harm your health. Contrarily, eating less has been shown to boost health and longevity. 

According to this report: 

“The evidence is clear, there is nothing “special” about breakfast. It probably does not matter whether you eat or skip breakfast, as long as you eat healthy for the rest of the day. Breakfast does not “jump start” your metabolism and skipping it does not automatically make you overeat and gain weight. This is a myth, based on observational studies that have since been proven wrong in randomized controlled trials (real science). At the end of the day, breakfast is optional, and it all boils down to personal preference.”

When I do eat earlywhich is often post-workoutsmoothies are my jam, and particularly packed with fruits and veggies (which are high-vibe foods.)

Raw organic salads are one of the healthiest foods ever, which also makes them super high-vibe. And being that lunch is arguably one of the most important meals of the day, it’s great to load up.

I personally almost always have a raw organic salad a day because it’s one of the healthiest, highest-vibe foods. It also provides a perfect chance to diversify nutrients. 

And if I miss it at lunch, it’s usually at dinner, and often with a rich homemade soup.

There are spiritual reasons for that, but practical ones too. Taking your last food before sunset extends fasting, which rocks health. It also promotes restful sleep.
